According to a new report from Counterpoint Research (via Yonhap News), the sales of the Galaxy S24 series have been 8% higher than the Galaxy S23 series globally since the former's release. In South Korea, the sales of the Galaxy S24 are said to be 22% higher than the Galaxy S23. In Western Europe (France, Germany, and the UK), the Galaxy S24 has sold 28% higher, driven by strong pre-order demand.
The report claims that the sales of the Galaxy S24 series have been 14% higher than those of the Galaxy S23 series in the US. The most expensive model in the Galaxy S24 series, the Galaxy S24 Ultra, accounted for 52% of the sales. The Galaxy S24 accounted for 27% of total sales, while the Galaxy S24+ accounted for 21% of the sales generated from the entire lineup.

The Galaxy S24, Galaxy S24+, and Galaxy S24 Ultra are Samsung's first phones to come with AI-powered features pre-installed. Those features include real-time language translation during messages and voice calls, webpage and notes summarization, and Generative AI-powered image and video editing.
The Galaxy S24 Ultra comes with even more advanced features and materials. It has a titanium frame on the side rails, and the screen is covered with glare-free Gorilla Glass Armor protection. The phone has a 200MP primary rear camera, a 12MP ultrawide camera with autofocus, a 10MP telephoto camera with 3x optical zoom, and a 50MP telephoto camera with 5x optical zoom.
It can record 8K 30fps videos using the 200MP primary and 50MP telephoto camera. It can also record 4K 120fps videos and has a built-in S Pen.
